For new customers, if traffic does not exceed 100GB within 24 hours and there is no violation of the AUP, a refund will be issued. The refund will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days. (Does not include Dedicated Servers and colocation)
Upon receiving a DMCA complaint, we will forward it to the user, who will have 72 hours to address the reported content. If the issue is not resolved within this timeframe, we will suspend the users' service.
Our VPS currently does not support BYO IPs or BGP sessions. Some of our dedicated servers support BYO IPs or BGP sessions, please open a ticket for inquiries.
